InvoiceGen4Me processes all invoice data entirely within your browser. Your company details, client information, line items, bank details, and uploaded logos are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
The "Save Draft" feature uses your browser's local storage to save data on your own device only. We cannot access this data.
Information We Collect
We collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics (if you have consented via the cookie banner). This includes page views, session duration, and general device/browser information — no personally identifiable information.
We display advertising through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show you relevant adverts. For more information, see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Cookies
We use the following cookies: a consent preference cookie (ig4m_consent) to remember whether you've accepted or declined cookies; and Google Analytics and AdSense cookies (only if you accept). You can decline cookies using the banner at the bottom of the page, or clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Contact Form
If you submit a message via our contact page, your name, email address, and message content are submitted via Netlify Forms and stored by Netlify for the purpose of responding to your query. We do not add you to any mailing list. See Netlify's privacy policy for their data handling practices.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal data we hold about you (limited to contact form submissions). To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page.
